Head of Sales (m/f/d)

We are seeking a full-time Head of Sales (m/f/d) for our Düsseldorf location who will strategically scale our sales, acquire new customers, identify and develop long-term sales opportunities, and actively drive sustainable strategic sales partnerships. This position combines Consultative Selling, Solution Selling, Business Development, and strategic partner management. You will play a central role in building our sales organization and contribute significantly to Divital's growth.
Reponsibilities
  • Direct Sales and Business Development
    - Identifying, approaching, and acquiring new customers in the Senior Living, Care, Healthcare, Housing, and related markets
    - Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closing
    - Conducting needs analyses and developing customized solution concepts
    - Presenting our AI-powered solutions to experts and decision-makers
    - Building long-term customer relationships and strategic accounts
    - Developing business cases and ROI-driven value propositions
  • Building and Developing Sales Partnerships
    - Identifying, acquiring, and developing strategic sales partners
    - Building a high-performing partner network to scale our sales activities
    - Developing and implementing attractive partner and compensation models
    - Supporting partners with customer projects and sales activities
    - Building long-term and successful partnerships
  • Partner Enablement, Coaching, and Mentoring
    - Development and implementation of training and certification programs
    - Coaching partners in consultative selling and solution selling
    - Establishing structured mentor programs for the sustainable development of sales partners
    - Ensuring high consulting and sales quality within the partner network
  • Responsibility for revenue, targets, and performance
    - Responsibility for revenue, growth, and target achievement through direct and partner sales
    - Managing forecasts, sales metrics, and performance indicators
    - Analyzing market potential, sales processes, and conversion rates
    - Deriving strategic measures for continuous optimization of sales performance
Must-have
  • Several years of experience in selling complex products, solutions, or systems
  • Proven success in direct sales, partner sales, business development, or strategic sales
  • In-depth experience in consultative selling and solution selling
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and derive sustainable added value
  • Experience in building and managing long-term business relationships
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in selling software, hardware, SaaS, or platform solutions
  • Industry knowledge in Senior Living, Care, Digital Health, MedTech, HealthTech, or Smart Living
  • Understanding of complex procurement, investment, and decision-making processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership
Benefits
Attractive compensation package
  • Base salary between €70,000 and €85,000 gross per year
  • Performance-based and transparent commission model
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to €65,000 per year (Target: €150,000)
  • Uncapped commission with above-average earning potential for exceptional performance
