Yes. The sensors are battery-powered, and the Central Assistance Unit (base station) can bridge power outages for up to 12 hours. The charge status of all devices is automatically monitored. Any issues are reported to our support team, often before you even notice them.
No. The system operates largely autonomously in the background. In an emergency, a simple button press or a call for help is all it takes. The fall emergency sensor responds even if you can't reach the button. When an alarm is triggered, a voice connection is automatically established with the German Red Cross via the hands-free function. You don't need to set anything up or operate anything.
