Challenge: In an existing property with outdated infrastructure that had been retrofitted over the years by various providers, the silent alarm system was defective. An inspection by the city authorities found it to be non-functional and demanded a quick remedy – otherwise, closure was imminent. Until then, an expensive 24-hour fire watch was necessary.
