Low energy consumption permanently reduces operating costs. And if you successfully recommend the Divital infrastructure to your clients, you also benefit from a revenue share. This makes your project more economical and significantly more attractive for buyers, landlords, and operators.

What value does your solution provide for operators?

The installation is predominantly wireless, which saves you significant time and costs. There's no need for complex cable laying, no structural modifications, and no interruption to ongoing operations. This is a huge advantage, especially for existing buildings and renovations.

The system fully complies with DIN VDE 0834 standards, utilizing licensed radio frequencies from the Federal Network Agency. You get maximum reliability without any compromises on safety.

How did you manage to build a predominantly wireless, standard-compliant nurse call system?

We use isolated transmission channels and radio frequencies licensed by the Federal Network Agency. Our patented technology therefore fully complies with the strict requirements of DIN VDE 0834.

This means: Without physical cables, we guarantee maximum security and absolute reliability. The result is a true market revolution.

How long does the installation take, and will we need to interrupt operations for it?

Installation is significantly faster than with traditional systems. Since no cabling is required, we typically complete the installation within a few days, depending on the size of your facility. The best part is: You won't need to interrupt your operations. We work room by room, and your residents can remain on-site throughout the entire installation.

How does the training for our staff work?

The training is deliberately simple because the system is very intuitive. We come on-site and train your team directly on the devices. This usually takes only a few hours. Your staff is already familiar with DECT phones, and their operation is self-explanatory. You will also receive training materials from us and can reach out to us anytime with questions.

What happens in case of a power outage or technical malfunctions?

The system is designed for exactly these scenarios. The DECT phones feature an integrated battery providing up to 6 hours of runtime. The entire Divital infrastructure is also equipped with an emergency power supply. The sensors are battery-powered, and their charge level is continuously monitored. In the event of technical issues, our system automatically reports problems to our support team, often before you even notice them.

Is the system compatible with our existing IT infrastructure?

Yes, the system integrates seamlessly into existing infrastructures. It operates via standard network connections and can be connected to common care documentation systems. Before installation, we will assess your current infrastructure and plan the integration to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What is the range of the wireless connection?

The range is up to 300 meters, depending on the building's physical characteristics. In practice, this allows us to easily cover even larger facilities. During planning, we carefully examine your building to ensure full coverage throughout.

What are the upfront costs and what are the ongoing costs?

Pricing depends on the size of your facility and the desired features. However, we can guarantee significant savings compared to traditional systems, both during installation and in ongoing operation. Maintenance costs are low, and energy consumption is significantly lower than that of conventional systems. We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote tailored precisely to your needs.

Are there funding opportunities or financing models?

Yes, there are various funding programs that may be applicable. Depending on the federal state and the type of your institution, different programs may be relevant. We would be happy to advise you on this and help you with the applications. Additionally, we offer flexible financing models so you don't have to bear the entire investment all at once.

How quickly does the investment pay for itself?

Of course, that depends on your individual situation. In most cases, the system pays for itself within 12 to 24 months. The savings come from various areas: lower installation costs, reduced energy costs, lower maintenance costs, and time savings for your personnel. We would be happy to calculate this specifically for you.
