Consultative Sales Specialist for AI-powered Emergency & Assistance Systems

We are seeking a full-time Consultative Sales Specialist for our Düsseldorf office who comprehensively understands complex customer requirements, convincingly communicates individual solutions and added value, actively supports demanding sales processes, and builds sustainable, trusting customer relationships.
Reponsibilities
  • Consulting, not just product sales
    You guide prospects and customers as a trusted advisor through the entire decision-making process and develop individual solutions based on our AI-powered emergency call and assistance systems.
  • Solution Sales with Added Value
    - Analysis of customer requirements and business processes  
    - Developing individual solutions for facilities in the Senior Living, care, and healthcare sectors  
    - Presenting business cases, added value, and ROI potential  
    - Managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Building Sustainable Customer Relationships
    - Acquiring and supporting B2B and selected B2C customers  
    - Building long-term partnerships with decision-makers and multipliers  
    - Conducting product presentations, workshops, and consulting discussions  
    - Expanding existing customer relationships and identifying further potential
  • Close Collaboration within the Company
    - Collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success  
    - Active market and competitor monitoring  
    - Incorporating customer feedback to further develop our solutions
Must-have
  • Many years of experience in solution selling and consultative selling
  • Proven track record in selling complex products, solutions, or systems
  • Excellent ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into tangible added value
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strong closing skills
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident presence at the executive level
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in selling software, hardware, or SaaS solutions
  • Experience in the healthcare sector, care environment, senior living, or related industries
  • Understanding of customer-side investment and procurement processes
  • Experience from a purchasing, procurement, or user perspective, enabling you to deeply understand your customers' requirements and decision-making processes
Benefits
Attractive compensation model
  • Fixed salary between €50,000 and €60,000 gross per year
  • Performance-based commission model
  • On-Target-Earnings (OTE): up to €100,000+ per year! (varies with success)
