Sales Manager and Business Developer (m/f/d)

Work location: Düsseldorf + Remote
 

Your tasks with us:. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales strategies as well as identifying and opening up new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing sales and marketing strategies: You will design innovative sales approaches and implement them successfully.
  • Conducting market and industry analyses: You will monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities at an early stage.
  • Acquiring new customers: You will identify potential clients and build new business relationships.
  • Managing existing accounts: You will support and advise our existing customers to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Creating sales and business plans: You will develop detailed plans to achieve our revenue and growth targets.
This is a full-time hybrid position: you will work both from our office in Düsseldorf and flexibly from home.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales and Business Development: You have several years of experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus: You impress with your confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong service orientation.
  • Industry knowledge: Ideally, you have a technical understanding of digital systems in the healthcare and care sector.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking: You are data-driven and translate insights into compelling strategic solutions.
  • Educational background: You hold a university degree, for example in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • CRM and IT skills: You are confident in using CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Personal qualities: You have a self-reliant, structured working style, high self-motivation, and enjoy working in a team.
  • Language skills: Fluent German is required.
