Your tasks with us

• Creation of system planning, KV and offers
• Technical and organizational preparation of service operations
• Installing and configuring the systems
• Inventory and documentation of the installed systems
• Remote monitoring and maintenance
• Remote Support: Processing customer inquiries by phone and email
• Customization and repair at the customer’s site
• Testing and experimenting with new products and solutions

Requirements:

• Training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, technology or similar disciplines
• IT knowledge: setting up local networks, servers, remote monitoring and setting up IT systems
• Experience with planning, executing and coordinating service operations
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Willingness to create
• Interested in helping to shape and develop innovative digital solutions in the care industry and healthcare
• Lives in NRW (ideally Düsseldorf + 50 km)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• flexibility

• Own car
• Certificate of good conduct as a requirement
